Measuring OEE is a manufacturing best practice. By measuring OEE and the underlying losses, you will gain important insights on how to systematically improve your manufacturing process. OEE is the single best metric for identifying losses, benchmarking progress, and improving the productivity of manufacturing equipment.

We use non-invasive current sensors, based on the hall-effect, and standard counters for items or cycles and we provide the OEE index the very same day. If your OEE is, for example, 50% that means that you producing only half of your potential figures. Basically, you are losing money.

This Keebus prodcut can be easily integrated with SAP, Microsoft Azure IoT, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud IoT or any other API-based internet service. So we can combine our real-time data with production data coming from management sources.

This product monitors power, energy and many other electrical paramaters in real-time. It provides interesting values as the reactive energy and the power factor on the machine or installation.

Reducing the reactive energy and doing so improving the power factor can be translated into lower energy bills immediately. Setting alarms for over-power can avoid fines for exceeding consumption limits.

We use standard and proprietary Machine Learning algorithms for helping you identify bad cycles of functioning that can lead to a, forecasted, machine failure.

The Keebus device can be delivered with the sensors and the corresponding settings, ready to install for flexible and general use. It includes WiFi or LTE worldwide connectivity with a provided SIM, LCD screen, alert buzzer and access to the dashboard and events/alerts configuration. The device can be easily connected to your WiFi navigating with the keys and with any smartphone.
In the case of GSM/LTE, no connection is required because it's ready to work.
The RS485 option can be added by request as well as the additional internal CPU for high-performance real-time processing power.
